Pension plan regulations

The pension plan regulations set forth the provisions applicable to all insured persons whose employer has joined the Vita Joint Foundation.

The pension plan – as an integral part of the pension plan regulations – outlines the different benefits and contributions that vary according to the individual pension institution. The plan and any amendments are implemented by the Administration Committee (a body jointly constituted of employee and employer representatives) and communicated to the insured persons.
